Living by Faith

Today, we're going to talk about something important, something very crucial to our existence. A lot of us seem to have lost hope and comfort in oblivion to these things. So I'm going to shed more light on them today, as led by the Holy Spirit.
The most basic, important thing I want to firstly clarify is the fact that we are all created by The Creator(God); and in this same light, I'm also clarifying the fact that we are all born with purpose. Either you'd like to agree with me on that or not, you have a purpose...not yours, His! So, I think we can move on now.
Following what I just stated, our major reason for being here on earth is fulfilling our pre-destined divine purpose as given to us by the Creator. So, you may be wondering - 'what is this purpose then? what is this reason? how do I get to fulfilling this purpose? '. Firstly....it's not in your place to worry about that! Amidst all these fulfillments, the most benevolent Creator is bound by all means~all means~ to give speedy answers to our requests when they’re made. One of the amazing things about this Creator, which you may already know, is that even before you make your requests known, He knows them all. Ensuring that you're then answered now depends on you. '....oh how???' .You ask too many questions dear....just joking
Faith-your substance in the abstract-is the thing you need to possess, to ensure the answers to your prayers. Now hold up, let me explain that a little bit more. I was really fortunate enough to hear some wise words from a man of God on the 2nd of this month, although he related his own context to restoration which is another whole topic on its own(may speak on it later). He said
"in the answering of prayers, there are two folds;
existing both in the spiritual and physical aspects.
In the spiritual fold, with your faith at work, when
you make your requests known to God; be rest assured the
answers to your prayers. But nonetheless, be aware,
there are deep, dark forces
in the physical realm that would want to test your faith
by withholding the physical manifestation of what
is already settled in the spiritual fold."
I mean, what is the literal definition of faith? Its basic definition, 'it is the assurance of things hoped for and evidence of things not seen'. The evidence of things not seen! Sometimes, we become too worried about the circumstances we see that we become too clouded in the temporal effect of them. We become so worried that we don't even realise what matters anymore,we allow these things to temporarily disable us that we lose our senses. The prince of this world (our greatest enemy) is always out there to frustrate us; all our efforts in prayer,he always seeks to tire them out and rid us of the hope we have in Christ.
The enemy would always be out there, whether we like it or not, he would always be out there to steal our worship, drag our praise. He even did it to our Lord Jesus (in Matthew 4 verses 1-11) so why do you think you'd be an exception? If you follow that Bible passage very well, you would know that it was strongly due to the solid faith Jesus had in His Heavenly Father and in theWord; that He was able to conquer and shun the lies of the enemy. God is telling you and I today that trusting in Him is the only way to shun those lies, escape those traps and overcome these earthly frustrations.
Remember in the beginning that I was talking about 'purpose' and 'reason' and all of that. Let's get into the correlation between that and faith! The Will of God is basically our purpose. Although His ultimate Will is that we all be saved and none should perish; but whilst He’s ensuring that, there are other things He’s laid out for us. He has events, activities, meetings we'd encounter on our way to fulfilling this Will and this purpose. How many of us, when we ask, request that God's ultimate Will be done over our lives? How many of us do conform and align our plans to that which God has for us? anybody? no one? okay! 1st John 5 verse 14  says
'This is the [remarkable degree of] confidence
which we [as believers are entitled to]
have before Him: that if we ask anything
according to His will,
[that is, consistent with His plan and purpose]
He hears us. '
'...if we ask anything according to His Will,He hears us'. Anything,He didn't say some things...He meant anything, just anything that we want. Know this: God's plan for you is unthinkable, immeasurable, incomparable (as stated in Jeremiah 29 verse 11); He always looks out for the imminent danger ahead so He can prepare you for it and take care of it for you. He never wants to see you sad or moody. But if we don’t cultivate the habit of asking according to His Will, how are we supposed to get forewarned talk more of being forearmed? We need to start asking and thinking in line with what God wants for us, and we also need to start familarising ourselves with the promises in His Word. It is your only way against the enemy, the enemy hates a strong believer...trust me.

⇝Pray with Me
Lord Jesus,help me. I know that I'm
 inadequate in all things...
especially in those that concern you.
But help me Lord to know you and
see you more in your plans for me.
I have walked in my own paths
but they don't seem to be right for me,
that is why I humbly turn to you.
Lord,help me.
Thank you Father for answered prayers,
in Jesus' name I've prayed,
Amen.
