Today is Easter 🌸

Today is Easter 🌸

And if there’s one thing I’m really grateful for this period, it’s that Christ chose to give up His life for me, above all I could ever do, above all of my good works, above even my bestest intentions. They could never have amounted to the weight of Christ laying His life down for me.

I see it as one of the most important things in life, how Jesus Christ just chose to die for His own creation, and how He has turned us into beings that can have eternal life and have a form of fellowship with God. I just find it so amazing that that can even be a reality, that a God who created us would still choose to die for us, just so that we can have fellowship with Him. Like whattt?? It’s so amazing, and I will never trade my salvation for anything in this world.

It’s not like it’s a possession that I can just lose or gain as I please, because obviously, salvation could never have been earned by any of my works. No matter how “good” you think you are, you could never have gotten salvation by your own strength, bro, it’s way beyond you. Like the Bible says, your righteousness are like filthy rags before God (Isaiah 64:6). So no matter how saintly you think you’re living, you can never reach that mark on your own.

Yeah, I’m just grateful for Easter. I’m grateful for the season because I can be reminded that God is indeed good and nothing but good. And I should also remember to show that with the rest of my life too, his goodness. Because that’s the best thing I can ever do. That’s the best mark I can ever make in my life.

So I’m urging anyone who is reading this who has not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, this is a call for you to come into the fold, to come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Because it will definitely, definitely, DEFINITELY change your life.

And if you are someone who has heard this message time and time and time again, but still haven’t gotten the grasp of it, I want to urge you, seek knowledge. Yes, basically seek more knowledge and see for yourself. And I pray that the Holy Ghost gives you understanding, that as you seek knowledge, you’ll see that this is indeed a whole powerful, robust gift that you could never have gotten on your own. And also how it’s the best way to live this life, and the best way out of this life too.

So happy Easter, and I pray that you get more understanding of the resurrection power and that you are brought closer to Christ during this period. That’s my prayer for you.

Byee.
